Developed the first career road map educating nurses on the process for changing career paths for use on their website. Nurse Week is a premier publication which reaches over one million RN's throughout the United States.
City of San Jose
Trained new staff for the first city-wide call center in San Jose on Telephone Etiquette and Customer Service. Participants rated the workshop as helpful and gave the instructor high marks on their evaluations.
Santa Clara County
Created multiple modules for Santa Clara County's Employee Development Center on Career Development and Interpersonal communications. Over 200 Participants participated and rated the courses as excellent.
